Savanna's First Bike Ride

Linell found Savanna a new bike this past weekend at a garage sale across the street. It has barbie on it and so she automatically loves it. It is also easier to peddle then her other princess bike. So after we put the training wheels back on she's been wanting to ride it all the time. So tonight I took her on her first "extended" bike ride from our house to the park. She did really good for going that far. We found out that we need to teach her how to stop, slow down and navigate corners. But despite all that the bike only tipped over once and she caught herself before she fell. We'll be looking forward to more rides soon as we enjoy this wonderfull weather.

After we got to the park from the bike ride, it didn't take long for Savanna to make a new friend and want to include her in the pictures Linell was taking.

Savanna and Porter love the new playground that the Willard park has. Every chance she gets, Savanna loves to dance. Yesterday she said she would like to go on American Idol so they could say yes and she could get one of those papers that would let her go on to the next round!!! Kids are so cute.
